The following terms apply to all online ticket orders for events ordered from Smith’s Tix. By submitting your order you agree to these terms and conditions.

  1. Review your event, date and seating area selection carefully for accuracy before submitting your order. There are no cancellations or refunds and exchange fees may apply for changes to the order.   
  2. Due to the nature of live bookings, programs, dates and times are subject to change.
  3. Your order is subject to acceptance by Smith’s Tix. Please verify that all information on your order is correct before submitting so that you may be contacted should questions arise.
  4. Specific seating requests, such as handicapped accessible seating, can only be purchased by phone at 888 999 8499 or in person at the Smith’s Tix locations.   
  5. Tickets ordered online from Smith’s Tix are subject to convenience charges which appear in the order process.
  6. Allow a minimum of 10 days for mail orders. Smith’s Tix  will not be responsible for delivery delays.
  7. Smiths’ Tix shall not be responsible for any failures, errors or problems caused by computer system failure or error.
  8. General Admission tickets if lost are not replaceable.
  9. Smith’s Tix customer service number is 800 888 8499 or 801 467 8499. Hours are Monday - Saturday, 10am - 6pm. However, ticket agents are on duty in the box office at each venue one hour prior to curtain for your convenience.
