If you have been under a rock for the last 20 years, Clutch is an American rock band from Germantown, Maryland, formed in 1990. Since its formation the band line-up has included Neil Fallon (vocals, rhythm guitar), Tim Sult (lead guitar), Dan Maines (bass) and Jean-Paul Gaster (drums). To date, Clutch has released nine studio albums, and several rarities and live albums. They now own their own label, Weathermaker.
On the video side of things the band has released two DVDs. First in 2008 with Full Fathom Five, which was a two disc set including live performances from around the world (video Field Recordings] and a CD of mixed and mastered audio from those same performances (Audio Field Recordings).
In 2010, Clutch released Live at the 9:30, which was again a two disc set. The first DVD was a live performance form the infamous 9:30 club in Washington, DC where the band performed their self-titled record in its entirety. DVD #2 is a 90 minute road documentary called Fortune Tellers Make a Killing Nowadays. The documentary follows the band as they travel the US and proves that they are one of the hardest working bands out there. - earthrocker.com
